How the basic cheat is used to create all anxiety & panic attacks.
First I want to say that danger is not harm as some people think but the potential for harm only. And in fact when you understand what steps you can take in The Mind and not just in the personal minds created by entanglement, then the danger is really not even a potential.
Stepping up the danger.
The basic cheat involves creating an issue of danger. The next step is to extend this danger, firstly to increase it, then either to decrease it or escalate it even higher, depending on the sort of foul game that played with the unsuspecting person. Danger issue can be made worse in a number of ways at the instructions of the chief offender. The criminals “will obey instructions”, so they can be asked to do a number of things with the gun, their distance from the person targeted, and their ill intent. However the most significant way the danger can be increased is by “a change for the worse” in the ill intention of the chief offender.
So to increase the danger issue, the chief offender can for example ask that the criminals first arrive with an empty revolver and a few bullets in their pockets. So one way to increase the danger is to instruct them to load the gun. Of course this is done out of sight of everyone. Another way is to have them feel the gun in its holster, pocket, brief case etc., where ever they have concealed it. They could also be instructed to move closer to the victim and to begin to talk among themselves in more definite terms. So from saying “this is the job over there with the blond hair”, they may go to saying to the chief offender “well we’re ready, when do you want the target taken out”, which in toxic’s language means ready to kill the targeted person.
All of these will create the anxiety of the victim to greater and greater degrees.
How much does the victim know and understand? The criminals are trivially entangled with the victim, so whatever they say or do, for the vast majority of people, though insightfully perceived will remains unknown to them until the danger issue become moderate to severe. We may talk about the danger issue being “unconscious or subconscious” but actually it has to do with how strongly something is perceived.
Relational entanglement means that we have perception at the finest level and a bit more but that perception then vanishes again before it becomes conscious.
As the danger issue is increased perceptions develop and become stronger and stronger until they become conscious thoughts so the person may start to feel that “someone wants to do them harm”. We may say that they consciously perceive the danger but they have no way of verifying their conscious perceptions or thoughts because the scene looks ordinary. If they are in their home then there will be no strangers around that they can perceive that will look like criminals. Indeed they may see no one at all because a danger issue can be posed by someone who has been given a copy of the key to the house. Alternatively the criminals may have been told of the whereabouts of a key hidden in the yard. They may be given knowledge of an unlocked window. There are many ways to unsettle someone in their home whether part of the family or a guest. People are unsuspecting of the foul play and they either don’t understand enough or have bought into the medical misinformation as to be unable to “read the signs”, so for example the bodily reactivity or anxiety that they feel is a sign of something wrong. It is evidence. There is never anxiety that happens spontaneously out of some “malfunction in the machine”. We are not machines, even though the body may be described as a machine. It takes ideas that are significant that cause reaction in the body.
Anxiety is really the middle state. There are three states that can be identified and they are:-
- bodily excitation or heat or seen simply as alertness,
- anxiety (fear and worry) and
In all three states there is always fear, which is the bodily reactivity but the information / thoughts associated with the danger posed is not perceived consciously in all three states. In the first state the danger issue is wholly subconscious. As the ideas that indicate danger rise up from subtle to strong perception then the bodily reactivity is identified as fear. All states can be accompanied, and most commonly are accompanied by other ideas that may or may not indicate danger.
In the first state, that of excitation, there is only subtle perception which gives rise to bodily reactivity, that there is fear alone. The person is not conscious of nor have they guessed what they are experiencing is fear. In a sense the body is “hard wired”, to use a popular medical term, to respond appropriately to ideas in the mind, whether conscious or not, that depict the need for some action to be taken. Danger is one such issue and the most basic. And the body normally reacts to prepare itself before the nature of the danger is discerned. It also maintains such preparation as long as the danger is perceived. When the danger disappears the body returns to its normal state or what we may call the rest state.
Whether the fear is conscious or subconscious other ideas can be presented to an unsuspecting person so that they may mistake the bodily excitation or danger for something utterly unrelated. I will give examples of all states but just to give you a couple of examples. It is possible to create a fall in love at first sight situation for someone by ideas that are concurrent and thus mistakenly associated with bodily excitation. This means that the person scaring them appears to be the newfound love! Another example is the creation of guilt. Ideas about “I have done something wrong”, often something that the chief offender disapproves of, and again these ideas are made concurrent with anxiety. Anxiety is felt as a bad feeling in this case and wrongly associated with the ideas presented. Thus the person is led to feeling guilty when the whole thing is a fabrication and nothing else.
So to sum up on this point, if the fear is not pronounced then the person targeted may feel the effects of fear but they will not recognize their bodily excitation as fear. Only when moves are made to take it to the “next level” is fear felt and thus develop into anxiety. Anxiety develops because the danger issue has reached consciousness and the person begins to try and resolve the issue. Of course the issue is well concealed so they end up in circular thinking or what we call worry. Fear and worry combined is the major sort of anxiety. The other big category of anxiety is anger and worry and really if we examine it more closely there is really fear as well. So it is fear anger and worry. These are not trivial as they affect vital organs and first and foremost the heart-lung system.
Anxiety can be mild, moderate or severe. If the fear is escalated to the maximum level then the final stage is reached where the threat to the person’s lives is made imminent, and owing to their predicament the person will panic. The greatest danger issue is created by the involvement of the chief offender speaking mentally directly to the victim, which they can do because there is strong entanglement and hence strong perception. The thoughts will rise to consciousness.
How the chief offender increases the danger here also involves manipulating the criminals, whom they have employed, as toys more or less. These criminals have agreed to “follow instructions” so that if the chief offender said “okay let’s do it” they would shoot the unsuspecting person targeted. Increasing the danger then can be anything from giving the criminals further instructions as to wait a little while longer till he or she decides what to do, (which would cause severe anxiety), right up to skirting the line of the final “okay let’s do it” signal. Thus the anxiety can be easily and quickly escalated to panic. Indeed if the chief offender moves to address the victim immediately, thus eliminating any appreciable anxiety stage, then panic appears to “happen out of the blue”. So intense fear and terror can be created very quickly and are sustained in an unsuspecting person. The chief offender, having the criminals ready to go if they gave the signal, then addresses the victim directly. The most common suggestion that is made is “something terrible can happen”. It needs to be made mentally and directly addressed to the victim as if speaking to him or her.
The victim panics for two important life-threatening reasons.
1. They feel intense fear when everything around them looks normal. This is the worst case scenario so to speak because it means the person has no hope of addressing the danger since they cannot discern it at all. This is the threat from outside the body, in the environment.
2. As I will explain later the victim, not knowing what else to do, moves to employ a coping habit to find a comfort zone. This is the worse thing they can do but it is automatic.. habit! A comfort zone not some mental condition but physiological and involves the heart and the brain. Very briefly if the victim’s habit is greater activity or straight out deeper breathing then they will be increasing their metabolism. This means the heart will get signals to go faster when it is already on maximum. The heart can become quickly over-exerted. If on the other hand, the victim’s habit is inactivity or straight out shallower breathing then the heart becomes conflicted with signals to go fast and slow at the same time. In either case a serious condition is developed for the heart and if not resolved quickly can soon become life threatening. In reality a panic attack is a heart attack scare and this is not missed by the victims. Given other pre-conditions it is used to create heart attacks. Thus the person panics this time because the moves they habitually make and which are therefore automatic threaten their life. This is a threat from within the body.
Typically a victim of panic attack says things like “please don’t let anything bad happen to me” and even with the added words “I’ll do anything”. Some don’t know who they are talking to, others think they are talking to God, however none realize that they are indeed talking to the very person who has set them up. Thus there is a bargaining going on with regard to their life. After the chief offender has caused them distress for 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes even to the edge of real danger, about 20 minutes, they call off the criminals. The victim will thus avoid whatever it is that the chief offender wants them to avoid because there is an association between it and panic. The occurrence of the panic with the wants of the chief offender is far enough away as for the person to remain in the dark about the matter on a conscious level but the panic and the wants of the chief offender are also close enough for them to make an association but not know why.
On the next page I will discuss some uses of anxiety. And on the page following that I will discuss uses made of severe anxiety and panic attacks. So I will explain how things like “falling in love at first sight, allergies, obsessions, guilt, trust, rapport with a stranger, beliefs and dependency etc., can all be manufactured but of course there must be an unsuspecting and/or medically misinformed target..
