The basic cheat used to create anxiety attacks.
What I will describe to you here is the simplest method or procedure used by toxic people to trouble an unsuspecting person. It can easily be extended by presenting the targeted person with a greater danger issue, which is enough to cause intense fear. In this case unsuspecting person can be made to panic. Causing more danger does require a bit more so I will describe it separately on the next page.
Two conditions are necessary for the basic anxiety-causing cheat.
- The scene must appear ordinary.
Information is obtained directly from the “would be victim”. Evil people work from a distance so they need to know where the person can be found at some particular time. Knowing the person’s movements, where the person is going and when is essential information. And if the cheat is to be conducted in their home, then their arrival home time and their usual activities are also gathered and used. Toxic people look to gather whatever information they can because as one toxic person said to me “information is the ammunition in doing evil work”. So for instance they may discover the person’s fear, their aspirations, their plans and what is important to them. How they gain that information is easy because they appear friendly, but 99% of the time they are people in the victim’s life.
Information is obtained from the victim unconscionably by evil people because they have no morals whatsoever. They always abuse every relationship in which they are involved. They treat relationship as a battle ground and the other person as the enemy right from the start. None of them relate for the joy of relating. All of them look to gain control over the other person as soon as possible. They are scheming and cunning and dishonest to the extreme.
In the workplace they may be a co-worker, a business associate, a client, a supplier of goods or services or anyone associated with a person’s employment. In the person’s personal life they may be a neighbor but they may also be a lot closer. The greatest possibility is that they are in the immediate family, a spouse, a sibling, a son or daughter, even a parent and of course any of a number of more distant relatives. When confronted toxic people resort to “blood is thicker than water” and “a mother wouldn’t do this or that” etc. All of these are phoney beliefs. Blood is more viscous than water but that does not say anything about anything else. Otherwise a father would not rape his 18 month old daughter, a mother wouldn’t kill her child with the claim of wanting attention nor would a child kill their parents for the inheritance money and all such things have happened and much, much more. The truth is that the lines are not cut down along family, nor community nor even nationally but between good and evil.
Another method the evil people use to gain information is through the services of another toxic person. In using information gathered by another toxic they can find the victim in the public place AND make it look as if it was pure chance. So the information can only be used if the victim is ignorant of the fact that the person to whom they gave that information is known to their spouse or whoever is the chief offender. If they know that this person is known to their spouse etc., then they will become suspicious and being suspicious means they can be frightened but they can’t be made anxious and more especially they can’t be panicked, with the chief offender present.
This is very interesting because it shows that entanglement requires conscious knowledge but also common knowledge. And a blind spot can be created when the common knowledge is incomplete. This is the same situation as the “introduction”. In the introduction the person to be cheated notices the criminals. The criminals do something that draws the attention of the targeted person so as to gain conscious knowledge of the criminals. However they are missing critical information. They don’t know that the person they’re with knows the people they have noticed and they also don’t know that the incident that appears to be chance is not chance.
Another method that I have seen used in an introduction is for the cheater to point out the criminals. For instance they may say something like “I’ve seen this car parked over there just as you’re leaving every day. Have they anything to do with you? I don’t mean to be inquisitive. I’m just concerned about security and I keep an eye out for strange people around my home”. Of course the other person, who most likely a guest and staying with the cheater for a short time, looks at the car and people being pointed out before they can deny knowing them and the matter dismissed.
This forms a stronger relational entanglement and has the added idea of danger presented. It can be used if the cheater is not close to the “target” or if a more difficult cheat is to be done, such as troubling the “target” while they are driving.
In a three way relationship where all parties know that they are known to each other, the entanglement is common and under those conditions information is inclusive, it is shared by all three parties. If two of the related parties plan something involving the third party then the third can know that information, at least to the degree that they become suspicious of it.
In an introduction, as also in the passing of information between toxic people both known to the targeted person, it is desirable that information is exclusive. So the relationship triangle that is formed is unequal with respect to what is known. There is incomplete knowledge where the unsuspecting person targeted is concerned. Thus the information between the two toxic parties remains exclusive.
So toxic people look to provide the targeted person with conscious knowledge in order to create an entanglement between the “target” and the criminals but at the same time they make sure that the targeted person remains ignorant of the their (the toxic person’s) involvement. A toxic person told me that “only where there is no conscious common knowledge can information gathered by one toxic person can be safely passed to another toxic person, both of which are known to the person they want to cheat”. What they have observed in practice, i.e., in playing foul games, is that if there is common knowledge, then the unsuspecting person gains the information and becomes suspicious. They gain that information through direct mental means or ESP. This is what most people describe as ‘I know because I got a gut feeling about it’. And any perception that is not gained through sensory means psychiatrists and the medical researchers claim is delusional. And as you can see here, if the experiments are double blinded, which makes information exclusive, then of course the subject is unable to gain that information. And the fact that they cannot gain the information is then used as evidence to say that there is no ESP or that it is so tiny that it is doubtful if it is real or not.
Appearances is everything!
In vast contrast to the introduction, in the cheat by which anxiety and panic are created in the unsuspecting person, it is vitally important that the criminals blend in with the crowd and thus remain unseen. So they bend over backwards to make the scene appears ordinary. Evil people always work from a distance. They use what they term “the normal approach”, which means they appear to behave normally towards non-toxic people. They behave as anyone normally does in ordinary everyday life. They do not act out or do things that another person may question or find strange. They do not do things that the other person can complain about and get sympathy for from a third party. Their aim is to make the victim “feel” that there is something wrong but be at a loss to understand what is going on. The victim is unable to point to or understand what’s wrong because they are not able to see and identify anyone around them as an offender, even when the offenders are standing next to them.
Thus knowing where targeted person is to be found at a particular time, the relationally entangled criminals can be passed that information and arrive in the vicinity of the “target”, while everything looks normal.
Finding the “target” in a public place is highly desirable to the cheater(s). It doesn’t have to be a public place but a busy public place means it is easy to bring the criminals into close proximity to the person targeted and without arousing suspicion. The criminals find the “target” and hang around in their vicinity but they do not approach them. And they do NOT do anything obvious. In some cases they can be seen as unsavory figures but they must not make obvious signs that connect them to the target. So for instance they don’t look at the target in any special way. They may look in the direction of the target but not to make the person targeted feel that they are being looked at. To get the most pronounced negative effect in the person targeted they must not look unsavory. The “best result” as one toxic person had said to me is “achieved” when the criminals are well dressed and look good. They may wear a suit and look like a professional person perhaps standing or impatiently looking at their watch, appearing to be waiting for someone to arrive. Or they may move about while appearing to be talking on a mobile. It there is more than one then they can stand around talking amongst themselves.
Indeed I have seen situations where two or more people are involved in some discussion or disagreement or some activity that can be used to effect. In the example I have illustrated above, a male and a female appear to be having an argument and they appear completely involved with one another. In reality they are there to trouble someone and may not even be a real couple. Sometimes what is said is aimed to be overheard by the person being cheated. In this example what is said depicts impatience and urgency to “get on and do something” but what can be said about their words? In another situations, in a small but busy shop, I have seen a group with a couple of children with them that appeared to be a family. And here again their discussion about “what’s he going to get” or “what are we going to get him” was used. The words can apply to what they are going to buy as also to what harmful act they might do to someone. The important thing is that the criminals or toxic people used must “look good”, i.e., they must act naturally, in a way that makes them seen to be ordinary shoppers or people in a crowd, on the street etc. And if they are to be heard talking then they do not say anything obvious. They speak in general terms.
So to sum up the anxiety attack in it’s mild form can be stated thus:
“If the evil person only wants the target a little anxious”
then the criminals are told to “just hang about
talking among themselves about the target”
and with the conditions,
“it only works if the target has seen the crims previously
and they don’t become obvious”.
Having criminals, who carry real guns and hold real criminal intent and with whom the unsuspecting person has been relationally entangled, talking about them, talking about “maybe doing something”, will make that person anxious. Having knowledge about the foul games, even without an understanding of how you can stand against them, will prevent anxiety or at least anxiety that is disabling and adversely affecting the heart.
Anxiety is not some mental state as depicted by medical researchers and the psychiatric “profession”. It is not a mental condition at all. Yes there are ideas in mind that indicate danger and perplexing danger, but that is all. The whole of anxiety is in the body, which includes the brain.
The most common form of anxiety is a mix of two basic emotions, fear and worry. The person reacts with fear at having criminals in their vicinity who talk about “maybe doing something” to them. This is neither about being a fool nor about some brain malfunction and the so-called cortisol switches that are cited by doctors. Fear, under these circumstances, is the NORMAL response of the body. A preparatory phase in determining and subsequently dealing with the danger posed, if necessary.
The other emotion is worry and that is also a NORMAL body response. There is a danger issue and they urgently need to find a solution. And this is where the “ordinary appearances” has enormous impact. There are REAL criminals with REAL means (guns) posing REAL danger (criminal intent) but none of it is obvious. The criminals are well dressed and they don’t act out and they don’t look strange. And criminal intent is a mental condition so not something that can be pointed to and used as evidence to a third party. There may be, as in my illustration above, a seeming argument going on which is designed to “send a message” but it is not said in specific terms so it cannot be used as evidence of criminals either. The wording is cunning so while it depicts ill will and danger, it is said too generally to be evidence. However the criminals, no matter what they say or do, always look to blend in and look natural, so that they are either not noticed or they cannot be connected to the person being victimized in this way. It becomes very confusing for the victim. They feel something is wrong, but when they look around they can’t see anything wrong. It can be a real blow to their self-confidence, which adds to the problem. And they cannot reach out for help from anyone around because they can’t show what problem they face or by whom. Furthermore the public have been conditioned, through the media, to believe that anyone believing that there is danger when no danger is apparent is delusional. So asking for help can make the matter worse for the victim because they will be discredited on top of losing confidence in themselves.
The anxiety attack can be used for a variety of purposes and not simply to cause anxiety, which as I will describe later alongside the panic attack, is used to condition a person and thus to manipulate and control them. Anxiety attacks however are more often used as part of a bigger cheat. They can be used to manufacture trust, conformity, agreement, guilt and a whole host of other things. They can also form part of cheats that lead the unsuspecting person to adversely react as to suffer physical harm to organs in their body, such as the heart.
Next I will describe how this can be stepped up to create a panic attack and then I will discuss what anxiety is in terms of biology.
